An ageing conservatory with a polycarbonate roof had become uncomfortable and rarely used. The homeowners wanted to replace it with a warm, modern space that connected naturally with their home.
Using the hup! building system, the old structure was replaced with a fully insulated extension featuring a tiled roof, large glazed panels and bi-fold doors. The new room is brighter, more comfortable and now forms part of an open-plan kitchen diner.
